Matthew Weier O’Phinney
Matthew has been using and contributing to open source software since 2000, counting a patch to the Blackbox window manager as his first public OSS contribution. He has led large open source projects, including Zend Framework, which he started developing on before its first public release and led from 2009 to 2019. Matthew has also contributed to standards bodies, and advised and participated in open source foundations, including The PHP Foundation.
Tim Carroll
Tim Carroll is a senior leader at Perforce Software, influencing software and product development across the portfolio, including OpenLogic, Zend, SourcePro, IMSL, Akana, and Gliffy. He’s motivated by providing software solutions that enable people to look beyond solving problems and mobilizing resources to overcome new interesting obstacles. Tim has 25 years of experience in software development with heavy involvement in open source software, including service on the Board of Directors for JA-SIG and the Apereo Foundation.
Tendai Munetsi
Tendai has over 25 years of experience as a software developer utilizing languages like C, C++, and Java. He has acted as an architect and development leader in the implementation of a number of mission-critical systems for companies in a range of industries. He is a Sun-certified Java Developer and a Certified ScrumMaster.
