Steven L. Grandchamp, CEO
He was formerly President and CEO of Information Management Research where he led the company's move into Enterprise Content Management. Prior to that, he was Vice President and a principal shareholder at American Fundware, where he was responsible for the company's software development effort. Steven was also a founding partner of Formation Technologies Inc, a software company for the banking industry that emerged as a leader in the loan origination segment. Steven also held various senior management positions with Microsoft including the application development segment of Microsoft Consulting Services. Steven spent the early part of his career in progressively responsible IT roles in the banking industry. Steven graduated summa cum laude from Regis University with a Bachelor's degree in International Business. Steven thrives in a variety of climates -- having lived in both Alaska and Hawaii. He keeps life exciting by staying in constant motion as a cyclist, skier, motorcyclist and parent of four children. Rod Cope, CTO
With 20 years of experience developing enterprise software solutions, Rod has provided technical leadership on significant projects for companies such as IBM, Anthem, Ericsson, Ford, Goodyear, Integral, CourseNet, and Digital Thoughts. Rod is a Sun Certified Java Architect and routinely speaks at technical conferences such as Java Symposia and the O'Reilly Open Source Convention. Rod was selected as one of the Top 10 presenters at JavaOne 2005. He holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Software Engineering from the University of Louisville. A lifelong entrepreneur, Rod's first business success was at the age of 13 when he taught himself to program and started selling his own software. His varied achievements include a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Kentucky state chess champion and sucessful open source implementations at over 17 enterprises worldwide. Peter B. Stormy is a frequent keynote speaker on business aspects of open source software at major conferences such as the Open Source Business Conference and the O'Reilly conferences. She has addressed the United Nations, European Union and various U.S. state governments on open source software. Stormy is a co-founder of the non-profit GNOME Foundation, which is based on open source principles to encourage the development of a computing platform, comprised of free software, for use by the general public. Stormy joined HP ten years ago as a software engineer in the Unix Development Lab after graduating from Rice University with a B.A. in Computer Science. Stormy is constantly seeking new adventures. She has lived north of the Arctic Circle, traveled around the world solo and, most impressively, taught classes to twenty-two eight year olds. Kim Weins, Senior Vice President of Marketing
Most recently, Kim spent three years as a principal in CMO Strategy Group, acting as an interim marketing executive for software startups. Kim helped companies such as Atomz (acquired by WebSideStory), TuVox and RedSeal to significantly accelerate their marketing efforts. Prior to CMO Strategy Group, she was at PeopleSoft where she was responsible for driving PeopleSoft's CRM business strategy. Kim has also held senior level management positions at enterprise software companies such as Annuncio Software, Extricity, Hyperion and Pillar. She is recognized for her expertise in driving long term product strategy, creating high functioning marketing organizations and helping companies grow revenue while reducing marketing costs. Kim graduated summa cum laude from Duke University with a BS in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering. Her current passion is racing both road and mountain bikes. As a recent convert to mountain biking, she is currently experimenting with the wide variety of ways that one can inadvertently fall off a mountain bike.
